So cute, but mine arrived broken. I had the brown leather teardrops with the clear jewel at the top. They were a Christmas gift and one of them fell apart as soon as it was removed from the bag. Based on other reviews, I don't think this is a common thing with this company. Have reached out several times but have not had a response yet, so concerned my messages are not being received. I am hoping they will respond and send a replacement bc I really do like them. When that happens I will gladly update my review. If one would not have arrived broken, I would likely give 5 stars.
