The magnetic closure on these bracelets are hit and miss.... only 2 out of 5 were good. Also, one of the bracelets had a visible defect on the side of the bracelet. I am sending them back for a refund. Customer service was very good though!

The earrings are absolutely beautiful and look very well made! They were a little too long for my liking, but It was super easy to shorten them and make two pairs of earrings out of one.
I ordered the Matilda earrings. When they arrived, one of the earrings had come off of the stud. I emailed Heather about this problem and she immediately returned an email and sent out a new pair. Awesome customer service! These are my favorite pair of dangly earrings!
