I love the look and feel of these earrings (the Libby)...however, I received them with 1 damaged. The front is cracked with a chip missing down to the metal. Contacted Heather and they are being exchanged. So I’m disappointed, but do appreciate the customer service very much. Shipping was also a decent time frame! (Update: received replacement for the damaged earrings today. Reliable seller. Good communication. Thank you!)
