Love the glasses but they came broken.. messaged the seller waiting to hear back

much bigger frames than I expected.

It's beautiful and I absolutely love it. The only thing I will mention is that because I am short, it is extra long. I have my necklaces hanging and it is definitely the longest.

It took over a month for the seller to respond and I had to go through Jane customer service for them to get back with me. They wouldn't refund me after waiting for a while month. They said they would resend the item. They did but carelessly sent the wrong one.. I did finally receive my refund after almost two months.
