Had a few good orders with this seller before now. I just received the wrong bracelet. I didn’t realize it at the time but looking back, it seems they named two bracelets the same thing and I was not sent the one I wanted. Seems careless to me. To top it off, it’s broken.

Bought the double bracelet and when it arrived I put it on and the bracelet broke. Not made well. Very disappointed.

Waste of time and money-delivered completely broken and irreparable. Shop somewhere else, don’t waste your time! I would post a picture if it provided the option.

Received a damaged item and attempted to contact seller twice with no response!! :(

Way too small

Broke after I wore it once

Arrived broken! Disappointing! The magnet that holds the bracelet toget is missing a piece. Hoping seller will do the right thing and send replacement!

It literally broke the first time I wore it.

My bracelet arrived yesterday broken.

2 of the 5 bracelets arrived broken. Jane customer service was stellar though and refunded me.

Cheap. The bracelet broke when I took it out of the package. I emailed the seller several days ago and have not received a reply.

The leopard was coming off of the bracelet when it arrived. Literally threw it in the trash upon arrival.
