I kind of thought these would be really cheaply made and break really fast but they are actually good quality! I got the lace and it's so pretty

They forgot to ship the item, I’ve involved customer service after the seller ignored two emails. Waited 12 days to get then, won’t buy again.
Earrings that arrived were different than how they appeared in the images. What appeared to be an antiqued metal finish in the images arrived as shiny gold. Super disappointing. I really love the look of a lot of jewelry from this shop, but I'm afraid to order anything else because it seems like the images don't represent the true colors of the items.
They broke first time I wore them :( I have contacted the seller and hoping to hear back soon. I bought the feather pair.

Very Cute earrings but they came not put together... like the hook that goes in the ear is not attached to the earring part and honestly I have such a hard time seeing that small that I don't know if I will be able to get it hooked together. Not sure if this is typical from this seller or if it was just on my pair. Not worth $ to ship back.
I ordered the Goldie earrings because I thought they would go with the Love Letter Necklace. They both looked like they would match closely. However, when I received the earrings they had silver flakes in the large part of earring. Did NOT match at all; however, I did keep them. Approximately 2 weeks later, they offered the Love Letter Earrings. And I ordered the Cassie earrings. And they did match the necklace. I have ordered from Shop Suey Boutique many times and this is the first time I have not been 100% satisfied. It would be nice if they would provide a simple, short description of each item. Or at least offer the Love Letter Necklaces and the Love Letter Earrings on the same day (not 2 weeks apart). I would buy from them again.
I bought the Velma earrings. They are SO cute and i love them, but the Black and Tan part is a sticker, so the backside is super sticky and my hair got stuck on it. I put nail polish over the stickiness and that solved the problem, but just a heads up!
