I received these earrings and they are cute, but they were broken and can not be fixed on my end. I contacted the seller, but have not heard anything back from them. I would like to have them replaced!

Earrings are SO cute, but the backs on them are really cheap. One was broken when they were delivered and the other fell off within five minutes of being on. Luckily I could just replace it with another pair of earrings since I was still at home. I would’ve been so sad if it fell off while I was out and about and lost my earring!
