Edit:: I changed my one star to a five star for the customer service. I emailed regarding my issues and got an email moments later. They were wonderful to work with!! Im giving this one star because the straps on these shoes are very loose and I couldn't wear them if I tried. I can slide my foot all the way through the front of the shoe. This is very unfortunate because otherwise they are a comfy shoe.
