The strap broke after only wearing them two times

I ordered these shoes on April 6th. On April 19th they hadn't shipped so I inquired through email. They responded and said they were “overwhelmed” with orders and refunded me. I didn’t want a refund.. I just wanted the shoes I ordered.

Bought these for my daughter she absolutely loved the vibrant color and style of these sneakers. Run a little small but otherwise great! Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful!

They are good for the price. Not my favorite go to shoe but good to have as a fast throw on shoe for some things

I ordered my normal size and they were a tad small. I contacted the seller and they looked in to see what sizes they still had available and asked if a size larger would work. When I replied yes, they told me they were sending me a new pair and to gift the ones I had to someone on them! What a sweet and thoughtful company. I really appreciate them and will definitely purchase from them again! Thanks so much!
