Love these shoes!! They are so comfortable and cute. I was worried that the strap around the ankle would be too lose, but it's perfect. I wear them all the time.

The picture on the website doesn’t represent what they look like. There is no way to adjust them.

I normally wear a 10 and I got a 10. It is snug in the toes. Consider a half size up.

I typically wear a 10, and at first they fit perfectly. After a couple of wears they stretched out and are now too big. I would order 1/2 - 1 size smaller than usual.

Can't beat this customer service! These shoes are cute but narrow for my daughter's feet. When I contacted customer service she was more than helpful! She accepted my return and refunded the money but told me to keep the shoes. Saved me the trouble of returning and I found someone that they fit great. Thanks!

The shoe is very poorly made. The material is super thin and doesnt seem durable. It is also sewn awkward that makes walking and keeping them on your heels difficult. You cant tighten the strap because then you are crossing over the t-strap down the middle of the shoe. There is also only one buckle hole, so its either it fits or it doesnt, and it doesnt. Cute design though, and ideology. The shipping was fine, it just comes in the box, so the box is damaged in transit.
