These were way too big for me, but the customer service this business provides is outstanding. Refunded my money and asked that rather than sending them back, donate them to a shelter. Would definitely buy from again, just need to have a better idea about sizing.

Wore the sandals one time and the straps began to crack. Not much support in the footbed.
