They sent the wrong product
The shoes fit true to size, however they were heavier than I expected. They gave me a refund and asked that I donate the shoes to a local shelter or give them as a gift! They have great customer service and get back to you quickly! I will be ordering from them again!
Cute as they can be! True to size, I wear an 8 & bought an 8, perfect fit. Also pretty comfortable.

The strap that fits the shoes to your fit only has 3 holes for adjusting and it is way too short to even get it where the clip can go through the hole. Disapointing.
They are loose for my size. Maybe my feet will swell and grow into them

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I have similar ones in black but with a thicker heel and these add a level of dressy that I can make very versatile and I love them!!!
