I ordered a 9 and requested to exchange for an 8 1/2. Customer service very quickly confirmed that they did in fact have the correct size but never gave me any info on how to get the process going. They've since merged me into an email with all negative comments while not responding to any of my emails personally. I will never again order from shoetopia. This is bad business all around! I 10/10 DO NOT recommend ordering from these people!
