Just what I thought I was ordering!!

These shoes are VERY cute but they run about 2 sizes too small. I ordered 1 size up after reading the reviews (I wear a size 10 ordered a size 11 the largest size they offer) but they are still too small by at least 1/2 size. I have contacted the seller. Will see what they say... The seller got back to me pretty quickly. They could not exchange the shoes for a larger size but refunded my cost. They did not require me to return the shoes but instead told me to give or donate them to someone who could wear them. That is the most generous and gracious thing a seller has ever done. I am hoping to find someone special to donate them to. Thank you Shoetopia for the refund but mostly for allowing me to make someone happy with the gift of the super cute shoes!! I will buy from you anytime!

Great boot, but would have sized up for comfort. I usually wear a 6.5-7 shoe, I bought a 7 and they were snug.

Usually wear 8.5, ordered 8.5 and they are pretty darn tight. Hoping they will stretch out a good bit as I wear them. They are really cute, look to be good quality. I ordered black.

Comfortable, but different than I thought they looked in the picture.

The boots are really cute and comfortable, but they are not well made. I have had mine for about three weeks and wear them fairly regularly and the sole has started to come apart and one of the heels has started to collapse, making for a very uncomfortable walking experience.

I ordered 8 after reading reviews to size up. I am normally 7.5. These still fit quite tight. I am trying to break them in so they don’t rub my heel so much... hoping they will stretch with more wear. As another reviewer had said, they are also hard yo tell right from left. I also think the sole is not as comfy as stated... there is hardly any padding in the comfort sole. Still the style is cute, and the color was true.

Not true to size. Fits much smaller. I ordered a 8 (I wear a 7.5) and I probably needed to order a 9 just to make sure my heels didn’t hang off the back and still have room for comfort.

I normally wear a 9 1/2 but I ordered a 10 thinking it would allow extra room. I should have ordered an 11...the 10 feels like my foot is going to be squeezed to death, and my toes are rubbing the end!

Love them! I did order 1/2 size up, just my preference with flats and pointed toe shoes, they fit perfect & are super stylish, good quality. I got the multi-snake & they look great with many outfits.

Cute, but too small for my calves. Gave to my sister. Foot size was a true 8 with room for socks, but it was just too snug. So sad. I’m borderline wide calf, can usually get away with jeans and regular calf boots.

The shoe is just as pictured and cute! But the shoe is very stiff around the top and pushes into my shin in the front when walking. Hopefully they'll relax some after wear.

Very cute! But had to give to my daughter. There is no give in the calf area so I was unable zip them up.

I ordered my normal shoe size and these are a little big. Cute shoes just a little too big.

They are cute! I ordered a different color than I thought, so pay attention. I was bummed when they arrived, the photos weren’t labeled with colors so I thought I was choosing the one I wanted. They do look very cheap in person and the toe has a very obvious crease from only wearing them once. It’s in between where my actual toe ends and the shoe ends. Wouldn’t buy these again.
