Not true to size....will be returning them 😩

Shoes were way too small! I usually wear a size 10 and my toes were popping out like little sausages. Size up !!

I needed 1/2 size larger and the customer service was awesome!! I love them. They are a little narrow, but the 1/2 size bigger fit better!!

Wish I had gone down 1/2 size. I just put an inner sole in them. Not worth the expense of sending them back.

Haven’t received the shoes. Label was printed Oct 17 and I inquired Oct 30 as the listing said they’d ship by Oct 23. On Oct 30 they responded with updated tracking that said item shipped Oct 28. Still have no shoes. Won’t order from shoetopia again.

The boots are great quality but the sizing is off. I have small feet and even these are tight.

Edit: they arrived late but they are so comfortable - I even wore them in Disney!! Shipped on the 17th and still hasn’t arrived. No tracking info has been updated.

These boots give me terribe sores on my heels. I don't know why. They are cute boots, but my heal comes up with every step causing sores. I tried adding orthotics because there is no support in the boot, but that did not work. Maybe the heels are too wide.

Fit perfectly to size & comfortable. Very cute.
