Excellent customer service!!! First the shoes are very cute!! I sized down a half size and the shoe just didn’t fit good. Contacted customer service and they refunded my money and told me to gift the pair of shoes! I would definitely buy from them again!

Super cute boots!! They fit my skinny ankle (which is hard to find). I usually wear 7-7.5 shoe. Ordered a 7 boot. Too small so getting next size up. Company was really easy to work with. Will be ordering from them again!!

I typically wear a size 8 in every shoe, these were small. I will attempt to wear or give to my mother in law. So sad because they are so cute!

Totally LOVE these boots!! Soo stylish and comfy. The only thing I must say they do run a bit snug Not tight. Perfect for wearing thin socks. However if you prefer thick winter socks. definitely size up 1/2 a size.
