I got two pairs of these and LOVE them! True to size and have good cushion support. I've worn them a few times now and one of them the stitching has come undone and falling apart.

Shoe will expand after wearing a couple of times, so I would order down!

The sock lining on the inside of the boot is what makes it feel like it runs small but I just put my hand inside and pushed on the inside lining at the toe part to stretch it out so that it felt true to size. I feel like overtime the lining stretches out anyway so if you go half a size or a size bigger eventually it will feel too big if you don't get your regular size.
