These were too narrow as my feet are between normal and wide. The seller was wonderful about the return. The quality of the shoe was good with a nice material.

The color was not what I ordered

I wish the width of the boot was noted before because these boots are not made for muscular calves.

I felt these were small and narrow! I often wear 8.5 or 9, but am hoping I can exchange these for a 10. I did like the colour and the quality seems fine, though the tread was a little more thick and heavy duty than I expected.

AMAZING customer service :) Very friendly and personal replies to emails (not the generic standard reply). The boots I ordered for my daughter were too small (my fault) and she's a teenager and difficult to shop for "not really my style" ugh. Shoetopia refunded my money and ask for me to donate them :) In the spirit of giving....this company ROCKS!!!!
