The shoe looks different in the picture than what I got. But I still think my sister will like them. A little disappointed

Very cute boots, but they are also very stiff and run small. I wear a 10 and ordered a 10. I could barely get my foot in them. When I did it was painful. I would suggest ordering a size down. They may work then. Customer service was great and very helpful, though!
The design is strange and since they are so tall in the back, my foot slides forward and my toes hit the front of the shoe, making them quite uncomfortable, especially when you have to walk a lot. I am going to try different insoles as maybe these are just too slippery.
This company excels at customer service. I was sent the wrong size by mistake. They (Angela) were very helpful with sending out the correct size. They asked that I donate the first pair to someone in need, which I think is very awesome, and they gave me a refund. I would definitely order from them again.
