I’m giving these shoes 5+ stars because the company if amazing! The shoes didn’t fit me but instead of having me return them they asked that I gift them or donated them to someone in need. How many companies do you know that do that!!! Amazing!!!

The different designs were not labeled well on the site. I ordered what I thought were the cream python looking snakeskin, and immediately emailed the company to be sure that I ordered the right ones. They answered a day or so later, letting me know that I actually ordered another snakeskin pair. I asked if they could swap them out before shipping, but they already shipped. I received them and tried them on anyway to check fit. I sized down (normally wear a 9 1/2-10, but ordered a 9) but the heel still slips slightly when I take a step. I am going to return and not have them exchange for the other pair. Cute shoes, but need to be labeled better on the site, and don't love the heel slip.
These are cute and fit true to size.
