Boot is so stiff you can't walk.

Average quality and it took forever to arrive but the boots are cute and a good size. I wear 8.5 with big calves and they are perfect.

Runs a little small so I would recommend sizing a half size down but these are so cute!

Sneakers are a tad wide. I normally wear an 8/8.5 and I ordered these in 8. A bit wide from the toes to the heel, so I’m trying to tighten the laces more but makes the shoe look funny. Not a big deal at all, def keeping them bc they’re super cute.

I usually wear an 8.5 in skechers shoes and thought to order a half size up and glad I did! The boots aren't big or small but just right! I ordered the black pair in a size 9 and they look exactly like the picture! Shipping was quick and easy, the boots got to me within a few days of ordering them. When I first got them, the right boot had a tiny little tear in the top fuzzy part and so I took pictures of it, sent it to the support email and they shipped me out a new pair of boots the next day and didn't have me send the defected pair back. I've worn these only one day so far but absolutely love them! They are super comfy and warm around the ankle. Love, love, love thee new boots!

These shoes are my new favorite! I’m a shoe snob, and I cannot believe how cute and comfortable these shoes are. They look exactly like they do in the photos. These shoes fit absolutely PERFECT!!

While I didn't end up keeping the shoes because of the sizing problem they did keep me as a customer for life. I emailed them when my shoes showed up. I let them know they didn't fit correctly, they responded immediately. They offered to send me another pair of shoes, I declined and without question they sent a full refund. Customer service deserves the 5 stars!

Really cute! Does have a hard heel that make a sound when you walk but that’s not an issue for me.
