Terrible. My shoes arrived broken and smelled awful. I threw them away immediately. Very disappointed. All of my other Jane purchases have been great so far. Hoping this was a one off thing and not a trend.

I love these shoes. Totally comfortable and stylish. They run a bit big. I think I could've gone down a half a size, but they are ok because the ribbons keep them on.

So I ordered a 7.5 and they sent me a 7. I emailed them and they’ve already sent me a new pair that’s the correct size and told me to donate the shoes to someone else. That is true customer service! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I love these shoes! I received so many compliments on them.

Pleasantly surprised how much I liked them. A little bit of glue from the bow onto the suede, but not worth returning. Very cute and cant wait to wear! Now onto get a pedicure for this sunshine!

Super cute and comfy! Definitely size up. I normally wear an 8, but I got an 8.5 and they fit perfectly!

Very cute shoe, I just think they run big. I usually wear a 7.5 and I probably could've ordered a 7. I'll return and do that for sure. Update: Shoetopia responded to my concerns and indicated they'd ship me a smaller size. Great customer service. Haven't received the shoes yet but looking forward to it!

The shoes are very cute but the material is poor quality. I don't know if they will even last the season. The are very over priced for the low grade materials used. Disappointing to say the least.

The shoes are super cute, however cheaply made, I don't know how long they will even last me, the inside sole is a faux leather, which will leave me having sweaty feet, it will need a shoe insert for sure. Such a Shane when they are such cute shoes.

Shoes arrived dirty, and they are very cheaply made. One wear and they would probably fall apart. The ankle strap was barely hanging on by threads that were loose. Horribly made.

These shoes are so cute and I want to love them so bad but they’re very small. I 99.99% of the time wear a 10. I ordered a 10 and my foot is barely hanging on the edge with out falling off. The top strap is so tight I can barely get it in. I’m hoping I can stretch them. I hate to return them because I can’t exchange them for a bigger size and that defeats the whole purpose of the purchase. If you wear a 10 and have a wide foot- save yourself the money sister, it’s not worth it.
