These are great shoes, so cute! I ordered two pair & love them!!

These shoes do run small. I only sized up a half size and should have done a whole size. They are a great quality for the price. The customer service is AMAZING. I reached out because my tracking number wasn't working and they promptly sent me a better link to track it. I also inquired about an exchange, and they said they would go ahead and send me a new pair without having to send back the other at no extra cost to me. Who does that?! AMAZING! The representative said to donate the shoes to someone else. I will be ordering from them again for sure.

I have a pair almost identical to these but a different brand that I love and wanted a different color. I gave these four stars instead of five because they were too short in my normal size. My daughter that normally wears a 6.5 was able to wear this pair that I ordered in a 7.5.

I wear a 9.5, which doesn't seem to exist online, so I ordered a 10. They were too big for me, so I contacted customer service. They refunded me and had me keep the shoes to donate or give away since they were out of stock for a different size. I ordered a 9 elsewhere, and they are very comfy, but I was really impressed with Shoetopia's customer service.

Wore these with my new jeans and my husband said I looked very nice. We danced and they were very comfortable and stylish
