Comfy and true to size

My 11 year old daughter wears size 4.5-5. I ordered her a 6 and they fit perfectly. She loves them and will no longer wear her expensive sandals bc she says these are more comfortable

Run a little big but still cute. Recommend sizing down half a size.

I’m not sure how to describe it, but the upper part of the shoe is made too big so it looks loose. The part across the toes fits like the picture but the upper looks “baggy”.

I LOVE these shoes!

So I didn't like the shoes, they didn't seem to look like the picture at all. With that said, I emailed the company to ask for a refund. They immediately replied saying they would process my refund (which I did receive) and told me to just keep the shoes or give them to the needy. Because of that, I would recommend this company. Who knows, the shoes might look better on you. Worth a try if you like them. I was extremely impressed with their customer service. I will definitely be looking for other shoes from this company.
