Chic Slip-on Loafers

I was not happy with these shoes because they were too tight and uncomfortable. They were also very thin material. However the customer service was awesome in every way when I emailed them! They sent my money back and even let me keep them to give away or donate instead of needing them to be sent back. Not sure if this was due to Coronavirus but still I appreciated their generosity and good service!
