Slow shipping!!!!! Took 3 weeks to get to me. I’m normally an 8.5 so I sized up per all the reviews to a 9. They barely fit. I really needed a 9.5 but I can only imagine how long it would take to return and exchange. So just going to keep them.

Cute shoe, but when I opened the package there was an awful stink! The smell is still somewhat there so I haven't dare wear them yet. Hoping they lose the stench so I can wear these cute shoes!

Orderd a 7 fits teue to size.

So far I haven't received them. They were delivered to the wrong address and the seller was not helpful. I only indicated shoe size and width because jane.com wouldn't let me add a review without it. So disappointed!

The bands across the foot don’t go tight enough even on the tightest hole. Material isn’t the best quality. They kind of look off knock offs of the shoes in the photo.

I went through reviews of company, as I have never had an issue with Jane and shipments before. I could have wrote what “Heather” wrote word for word. I am STILL waiting on my order too. I ordered the same day she shared and same company shipping supposedly. Not sure what the issue is as everyone else’s shipments are getting here on time. Maybe you need to look into a new shipping company? I’d hate to have it cost you business.:(

Well, I still dont have the shoes. They were shipped on 5-20-2020, 19 days ago. I have reached out to the seller, they know they are "in transit" they have been "in transit" since 5-28-2020. The seller (was very nice) and said they were shipped on 5-20-2020 but the tracking shows they didnt arrive at the facility until 5-28-2020. I am tracking the shipment through a website that Shoetopia shared with me after reaching out to them. its newgistics. I understand America is going through a lot with Covid-19 but I still seem to get other shipments on time without any issues through USPS, Fed-Ex and Amazon. So we can't blame Covid for this situation. There is no estimated date of arrival. Without sharing the tracking information, this is from the newgistics site.
