Took about a month for me to receive due to COVID but overall good quality.

Update...... still have not received shoes or refund as of August 17th. Several emails later.....still waiting. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered July 25th. Still have not received. The shipping information just stops over a week ago. I've emailed the seller twice. I've asked for a refund. I still have not received the shoes or a refund. I will never purchase again from this retailer.

Fits true to size.

Very cute and warm which is great for winter! I am giving it 4 stars because it runs very small. I ordered a size 6 which is normally my size, but it looks and feels like a size 5. So size up!

I ordered my usual size in these loafers and they are way too small. Disappointing

I would love to answer the above questions regarding the fit and wether I would recommend this product but I can't because it hasn't come. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals a month ago. It took 3 weeks to receive one pair and I still haven't received the other. Tracking is no help and it has not updated, or if it has they are sitting in limbo somewhere.
