These boots are adorable but when I received them there were 2 scratches on the side. Very noticeable, big scratches. Really disappointing. **Edit I contacted customer service about the boots and they were sweet, very quick to respond and refunded the shipping cost. Unfortunately, I couldn't exchange them out due to them being sold out. (Still going to keep them, they are adorable.) Great customer service!
