Ordered a size 7.5. Upon arrival, the order form had 7.5 printed, as well as the box. Inside,however, is a size 8.5. Shoetopia won't even respond. Another horrible experience.

Boots arrived messed up with black markings. Contacted Shoetopia who immediately responded requesting photos. Sent photos and several emails since with no response. Horrible experience.

The inner soles are wearing out of them, and I have only worn them a few times. I am disappointed, because they are cute, but do not hold up well.

Love the look of these. I am a true 7.5 and should have went up to an 8. They are a little snug

I never received these, apparently, they were lost in shipping. When I contacted customer support, they color I wanted was not longer available in my size, they refunded me.

They arrived very quickly and are very nice, but nowhere did it say they were narrows, and that makes them a bit uncomfortable
