They came and they must have had a previous owner because they are scuffed up and dirty on the bottoms and the inside of the shoe

What amazing customer service!!!! I ordered my shoe size, but forgot to size up in boots (due to wearing socks), so they were just too small! But I contacted them, and they refunded me instantly! Just an amazing company! I also cannot recommend the quality enough either! Omg - beautiful boots!!!

Ordered these shoes on july 4. Shipped july 5th. Just recieved shoes today August 21st. I contacted the seller several times concerned about the order. They did respond within 2 buisness days and were friendly. They assured the items would arrive. They did finally offer me a refund, but after reading reviews I saw that people usually received their items about 6-8weeks after purchase, so I decided to wait it out. Shoes are nice and comfortable. True to size, I am happy with the products but will not buy from this seller again.
