Look exactly like the picture! I love these shoes. Great bargain.
Hard to get on and seem tight for a size 11. Still got to try on with socks and see if I can wear them. Stylish though.
There is a part of material on the left boot by the heal that digs into my ankle. I am thinking about returning these.
Cute boots - got them for my granddaughter and she really seemed to like them. True to size.
These shoes are so comfortable and very pretty, but I am disappointed in the color! It turns out Berry is not so much of a pink as it is burgundy. I love the shoes, but I was looking forward to the deep pink!

Horrible customer service. Package was set to be delivered on Oct 1 and dhl still does not have this item to even ship out, today is Oct 5. I have emailed and attempted to call but no response. I do not recommend buying from this company unless you feel like giving your hard earned money away~very unsatisfied customer
