The shoes didn't actually work out for me, but I'm still giving 5 stars because the customer service is fantastic. Quick response and no-hassle returns (I know, that sounds cliche, but it's true). I received my refund very quickly and would definitely purchase from this seller again.

I wear a 8.5 and the 8 fit perfectly. I do think these run a little big but it worked out in my favor. I think these are super cute + versatile. I would recommend!

Incredible customer service!!! I went a half size smaller and they were too tight. The seller put in for an exchange and told me to donate the pair that was too small. A+++!

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews and ordered my normal size These definitely run a half to a whole size small! I love the style, just wish they were true to size!

if you are looking for a cute fashion shoe to wear I might recommend this shoe. but this shoe is very wide and nothing for sole. if you plan on wearing it for very long I would recommend an insole. even trying to tighten the laces does not narrow the shoes enough. I do not have a narrow foot at all and they are too wide for me. Length is good though.
