They have a good sole so they are Very comfy

I purchased these shoes and they were supposed to ship by 10/13. It is now 2 weeks later and I'm still working with customer service to get them shipped because my order was somehow lost before it even shipped. The customer service rep is great but progress is slow...
Love these boots! The quality is great, and they are gorgeous. They do run a bit small, though. I would suggest going up a half size.
