Just got my shoes yesterday. First of all it took a month for me to get the shoes. I ordered a size up like suggested and they are still uncomfortably tight. They are the most uncomfortable flats I've ever had. The back of the shoe digs into my heal and I can tell after wearing them just a few hours I would have a blister. I'm so disappointed because they looked so nice and now I need to decide if I should try to exchange them and wait another month or just waste the $20 :(

I never received my order... I have used many sites and have never had this happen. I will think twice, read reviews before i ever purchase online again. I just hope i can save someone from making the same mistake.. One star is one to many. Wish I had my money back!

Very comfy for being a heel - roomy for your toes - can wear them for extended periods of time and not have too sore of feet. Color (Taupe) is darker rather than lighter (but still represented well via the photos) - neutral enough to wear with any color jeans, tops etc. I got the one with the criss cross lacing and love the detail as it adds to the overall design of the boot. Bought a size 8 (I generally wear a size 7.5 or 8) but these don't fit large - they are roomy enough to be comfortable and not constricting.
Darker in color than the picture, but still cute.
