Great boot and oh so cute!! No complaints!

I ordered 1/2 up and it was too big. Shoetopia quickly sent out a pair in my regular size without any extra cost. Very impressed. The boots are super cute!

These boots are very beautiful I loved them but the first time I put them on the zipper of one of them does not work, it stays open😫😫

These are hard to get on. Once they are on you will need to break them in. That's what I had to do. I like the style and the color but they will need to be broken in.

These didnt fit but I'm a giving a 5 star because the customer service was so awesome and these boots were really cute.

Run very large. Customer service allowed me to donate them, so they went to one of my students in need.

The booties are very cute, but they were also very small. When I emailed the company about a return, they answered almost immediately (during the weekend!) and let me know that they would refund me and that I could keep the booties to donate to someone who might need them. Amazing! Also amazing- Jane processed the refund on the same day. I can’t say enough about the customer service of both Shoetopia and Jane.

Really cute !! Was nervous about the color (green) but the color is nice kind of army green
