I ordered three pairs of these boots and did not receive them due to my package getting lost in transit. I completely understand that is not Shoetopia's fault.. however, I am only giving one star because the customer service is terrible. There is no working 1-800 number so you must rely on talking with their reps via email only. Prior to even contacting them I had spoke with our local FedEx, the corporate FedEx and our local post office and all told me that my package was lost. When I voiced this to shoetopia, they replied saying that it was in my hometown and just delayed. This was the reply that I got multiple times until I eventually had to contact Jane support for help in getting my refund. Thankfully, just a bit shy of a month after placing my order, a week of no travking updates on the package and having documentation for FedEx that it was indeed missing.. and more importantly, with the help of Jane support. I have finally received my refund. Again, the lost package was not the sellers fault. But, the customer service was a major issue. I'll continue to use Jane; but, am not sure if I'll purchase from this seller again or not. :(

Comfy and durable! Soles are a little slick, but will get worn in with time. Love them so far!

Came better than imagined

So comfortable! I normally wear an 8 and an 8.5 was perfect. Definitely get a half size larger.
