Not super comfortable. Zipper rubs on ankles

This is the first time I've ordered shoes from Jane and these fit perfectly. Very cute and stylish as well!!

There was a nick in the suede and too small.. Plus a week later I haven't heard from the company. Update: a month later and no response from company, randomly refunded without explanation. Worst customer service yet.

I suggest going down a size. I normally wear a 7.5 & they were a size to big.

So cute and received quickly.

I really like the look of this boot, but they run small. I wear a size 6 and my toes are jammed against the front. Also, one of the shoes arrived damaged. I am working with the seller on an exchange.
