Too small

Having to return these.....waaay too big; not sure what size I would take (?) Cute, tho.

One of the boots came with a mismatched pair. There was a size 9 right boot and a size 8 1/2 left boot. Waiting for a reply from their support!

So cute! So comfy! They slip a little on the heel, so I'm glad I ordered a half size down.

These shoes are cute, but incredibly uncomfortable. I started getting a blister within the first 30 minutes of wearing them. Also, the burgundy is much darker in person than the picture.

Love these. Very cute and fit well. Easy to clean right up if I get them dirty.

Really cute. Just wished the shoes were both cut evenly. The ankle area on the left foot has more of an opening than the right. The right side fits nicely and looks really good on the foot/ankle area but when standing side by side you can tell the cut is off. Wish it was worth getting an exchnage but I've dealt with this company already and their customer service is more like lip service. They say they're taking care of something but I've had to email and follow up so much that their remedy was to just refund me instead of replace items that were sent that were sub par....so instead of contacting them again on this issue, I'm unfortunately settling for a pair of shoes that would have received 5 stars for their style, but overall are receiving more like 2.5 stars because of their quality (style is suprr cute....but quality is where they lack and customer service lack even more)
