Bought a floral pair a while ago and I love everything about them. Recently bought another pair, got the charcoal but they look light blue. Pretty sure I was sent the wrong color but kept them. The stitching on my new pair are loose and already coming out. Bummed cause my first pair are awesome!

Poor fit. Too large in my typical size and didn't hit the arch of my foot right.
UPDATE: I am finished with this seller. They are quick to respond to emails but I've been waiting MONTHS for resolution of multiple issues. If you need a refund or exchange, forget about it. You will get nice emails but zero help. I returned a pair of shoes to the address they provided but they were returned to me because they've apparently moved. I've been waiting on an exchange for another pair since August. Give up and move on unless you want a closet full of shoes you can't wear.
