This was the first of two pairs of shoes I never received. I had to email multiple times. Both were “lost” between the shipper and carrier. I was assured they would find me a pair but they were never received anything. This was over the course of a month. In the meantime I wasn’t looking for the boots I needed because I thought I had purchase these.Very frustrating!
