Loved my first pair so much I bought a second pair in a different color. Unfortunately they had a defect. I emailed the company and received a response within a few days. They offered to send me a new pair or refund my money. I chose to wait for a new pair. I waited a few weeks & had to email back to check the status. Was told they did not have my size & I had a refund applied to my account within that day. Disappointed in the shoes but the company responded quickly.

Just as cute in person as in the picture. Fit a little large. I wear 9 in flats and these are loose in the heel. Hopefully l will be able to get some padding to fix that.

My daughter is going to LOVE these when she opens them! So many different colors and light patterns :)

These have a slight heel on them and it was a bit uncomfortable for me at first. Once I got used to it having the heeled back, they were very comfy.

I never received these. Not sure why?

Too tight. Should have sized up.
