I love the style but there to big I order a size 5 in every shoe I get but for some reason this one doesn’t fit I had ordered a different shoe a few weeks ago and they were a size 5 and fit perfectly fine but this one is way to big if they would have fit they probably would be my favorite out of ever one I’ve ever ordered I would send them back but it’s just to aggravating to go through all that

I love these boots! I could've went down half size but the 8's still fit. If I had to complain the laces are too long.

I wear a size 10 and it's a little small but I think an 11 would be too big. The shoe is very comfy and way cute!!!

I highly recommend this seller for their outstanding customer service! I normally wear a size 10-11, and I gambled and bought a size 10 (11 wasn't available), which ended up being too small. I emailed Shoetopia, and they responded and issued a refund in less than 24 hours. They told me not to send the boots back, but to give them to someone in need. I will be shopping from Shoetopia again!

Was a gift for my Mother. She loves them and needed them. The only thing is the photo shows all black but what was received was black with white fur wish it was true to what was shown in the picture.
