Details said true to size, so I ordered my normal size I wear in booties and these were too small. I was very sad, because I really loved them. I have worked with the company, which has excellent customer service to get an exchange. Unfortunately neither size is going to work for me. Great shoe, great company, just didn’t work this time.

Awful Customer service. I ordered Stone which i thought was going to be the grey color. It came in a tan/yellow color. When I emailed them on 11-23-2017 I let them know they came in the wrong color and I would like to get the grey color. They said they have had alot of problems with that and would check the warehouse. They are still "Checking the warehouse". I let them know this was a Christmas present and if they could tell me yes or no so I could go buy another pair. I have not heard from them for a week. Will never buy from Shoetopia again.

Love the shoe. Just a tad uncomfortable due to no padding but I bought inserts and they are good to wear!

Terrible quality. Nothing like the picture.

I opened the box and they were the wrong color. On the receipt it explained that they are out of the color I wanted and were issuing a full refund. I am glad to have the black ones for free! I thought that was great customer service! The size is a little off and I wish I would have ordered a size smaller.

I still have not received these! Waiting, then though they were shipped over 2 weeks ago
