Ordered a half size bigger than I typically wear and these are still way to small. I'm not even able to contact the seller to return or get any money back.

Size up The shoe is cute but sizing is off I could barely get my foot in the shoe and I ordered my normal size. Amazing customer service!! They refunded my purchase price minus shipping and asked me to donate the shoes

the slippers are very warm that i like! the sticking is off which i can get over. the inner lining is coming out after a week though. im bummed!

Shoes are so cute! Very good quality! They hurt a little bit especially around the heel/ankle but that's just normal brand new shoe feeling. Once I break them in, Im certain theyll feel great.

These booties are nicer than I thought they would be. So happy with them..

I've worn these boots roughly 10 times and the heel of both shoes are coming off. The zipper gets the inside line if fabric stuck in it every time I put them on. I love ordering things from Jane.com but these boots were a terrible purchase and wasted money.

Adorable! I love these boots. They aren't too short or too tall.

Perfect fit I normally use a 7.5 but played it safe ordering a size 8, I have plenty of room to use thick socks. Safe to say you can order your actual size. I'll definitely order another pair for sure great price and shipping arrived on time.
