I ordered a size 11, when I tried them on my heal stuck out of the shoe! Instead of 11 it was more of a size 9 or 10. Very upset as I loved this shoe.

My new Go-To's! Perfect heel height and the "suede" is realistic and pretty.
Not true to size. These run small
I like the slippers- however, after 2-3 weeks the bottom of the shoe is coming off. They do run small, but I sized up as recommended.
These just came yesterday. Tried them on and they were super comfy. Planning on wearing them on vacation next week.
They came stuffed in a bag completely smashed. They should have been shipped in a box.
Poor quality.
