Very cute booties, fit well and true to size. But the heel fell apart during first wear and the shoe is now unstable and pieces are loose. Super disappointed.

Nice boots they are warm but the inside is worn down quickly. I wish I had ordered a size smaller.

I got the wrong color and they ended up not having the color I wanted. Thankfully I got a refund. I believe they are true to size. I'm super sad I didn't get the ones I wanted, but they are super cute!!

Loved the color, but they were too hard to walk in because of the height of the heel and they made my toes rub the top of the shoe.

These were a gift for my son's girlfriend and she was so happy and they fit great! Thanks!

I took other reviewers' advice and ordered 1/2 size smaller and they fit great. 4 stars because the insole is not very supportive and had to put another removable one on top.
