My order came in faster than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality! The size I ordered was a little big but the customer service team got back to me so quick and made sure I was taken care of. They were very transparent with the exchange process and explained all of my options and what the next steps were! I’m always hesitant about ordering shoes online but because of the amazing customer service I received, Shoetopia will be my new go-to!
Shoes look and feel amazing, but I shouldn't have listened to the reviews. I ordered up a size and they are too big. Shoetopia is wonderful to work with though, and they are working to resolve this. Can't wait to wear them!

They run big. My heel slips without a heel pad. They took so long to get delivered I can't return them.
