Love them... True to size... Best purchase I've made from Jane so far.
They advertised to go 1/2 size up. I did and they’re not comfortable. They should suggest one size up. I emailed the seller to inquire about an exchange for a different size but they obviously don’t check their email regularly as they have not responded. Auto response says it will be two days before I hear from anyone. Not a happy customer.
Hey! We will be checking up on this for you, no worries :). We took a little break during Easter Holiday so we've been trying to catch up, but we've been doing pretty well with responding within 1 day.
Shoes I ordered ended up having a manufacturer's defect. Seller shipped same shoe style but in a different color, and refunded my money. Very thoughtful except shoes sent weren't the same size I ordered so they ended up at Goodwill. Also, found out about defect once wrong shoes arrived. Would have been nice to have been notified via email as these were a gift. Overall, I would try to buy from this seller again.

Cute but I normally wear a 7.5 and these were way too small. I gave them to my mom who normally wears a 7 and they didn't fit her right either.
I have thin feet so they move around some. But comfortable

These look like the straps would be uncomfortable but they are not at all. I love these sandals.
