They are very cute boots. They fit small for me. I would suggest sizing up a half size. I am waiting to see how easy it is to work with the company on getting a new pair or refund.

They look cheap. And are not comfortable at all. And the thread is already coming out of the side where the elastic and suede meet. I've only worn them once.... Just disappointed.

The buckle on the boots broke the first time my daughter wore them. I emailed this vendor and asked if I could either get a refund or replace the shoes with some new ones. I NEVER got any kind of response. I would definitely not recommend ordering from this company. This was a Christmas gift and I was extremely unhappy with their lack of customer service!!!

These ran smaller than expected and when I received the box looked like it had been returned it was all beat up and damaged. I do believe if I got the right size I may like them.

Love these cute boots! The laces are slightly long, but nothing a double knot can't fix. So great!

I normally wear size 9 to give my feet extra room with thick socks. I ordered a size 9 and they fit little smaller with no extra room for thicker socks. I would recommend to order half size bigger than normal. I will say I LOVE THEM and wear them often with ALWAYS receiving compliments! ;)

Cute and comfortable

I did not love the shoe itself-just not my style and the fit was a bit odd-- but I appreciated the amazing customer service that I received. I wound up donating my shoes!

Love these boots! I am a mom of two toddlers. I still like to look cute from time to time but I wanna be comfortable too. These shoes are so comfortable. I got tones of compliments on them too. 💖
