Does not look like photo - strap over instep is too big and cannot be adjusted. Foot kept creeping forward so that thong was painful. Had to return.
The straps are way to big and my feet flop around. There is no way to adjust them

Hey! Definitely weird -- we literally shipped these the same day they were ordered. Looking at the tracking it seems like there were some issues when it was in the USPS distribution network. I do apologize for this experience you had with the shipping carriers.
